Im joing Army or mariens after collage ime in High school right now so I have some time but most likely the Army because my cuzen is a Sargent and paratrooper right now and was shiped out too Haity after the quake and I’v had someone in my family fight in every war from civel war tell now so I feel I should be here for the next and pas the tourch. Mostly because I want too be able to look back on my life and be proud and have storys of my friends in the Army to my kids someday.

im in a family of marines and i moved from cali and i kept gettin letters from my friend mickey every month. and i always showed my cuz cause use three were mad close. and one day it was me my uncle and cuz sitting around and i got a letter from mickeys parents sayin that he commited suicide. and thats the only time anyones seen me cry. and i carry the letter with me everywhere and it keeps me goin everyday. and its true…theres nothing funny wen a solider crys.

my coz got back from iraq about 2 months ago. he is partilly def doto and ied exploding right in front of his hummve. then we were walking around my town and a fire work exploded and he was going nuts thinking he was back in iraq..
My husband is currently deployed and im pregnant he will miss the birth of our first child and 4 months after our baby is born i get deployed its the hardest thing to do being away for that long

@ryoko87 Not everyone is going to listen to the same song forever. So they start producing more than just one genre of music. So they’re “sellouts” because they want to stay alive in the modern world? Things aren’t always going to stay the same.
Also, if I were a fan of Nickelback I would probably be off watching one of their music videos instead of listening to Chevelle here. I have actually been a fan of Chevelle for almost 20 years now, since I heard their songs on the radio at the age of 6.

@SeanUCF All Nickelback sings about is sex, thats it. They are a pretty crappy band compared to all of the others out there. Yes they are good because they made it big but they are still a crappy band.

Chevelle is one of my favorite bands. I never get enough.
@cwp989 Chevelle uses heavy metaphors and abstract lyrics. That is why on almost every Chevelle board you find hardcore fans. You also find comments like “Chevelle is so underrated.” They are a very intelligent, serious band. Not saying you are not, I mean no disrespect. They appeal to a certain type of person. Peace!
